Join Indigo's Analytical Operations Workshop
Advances in science, instrumentation, artificial intelligence, and data continue expanding what laboratories can achieve while simultaneously increasing expectations for quality, consistency, speed, and operational performance. The challenge is no longer simply deploying new technologies, it is building the operational capabilities required to deploy them consistently, govern them effectively, and continuously improve increasingly complex analytical operations.
Led by Jim Edwards, EVP and Chief Product Officer at Indigo BioAutomation, this educational workshop explores how leading LC/GC-MS/MS laboratories are meeting these challenges. Through practical examples and a "day in the life" perspective drawn from real laboratory experiences, Jim will share proven approaches to standardizing analytical decisions, scaling expertise, strengthening operational oversight, and unlocking operational insight.
Together we’ll explore:
• Scaling workflow automation while maintaining scientific quality, consistency, and operational confidence
• Applying Rules-Based Review-By-Exception to increase laboratory capacity and focus expert attention where it matters most
• Strengthening QC monitoring and quality oversight through longitudinal operational visibility.
• Leveraging batch and operational data to inform and inspire continuous improvement across assays, instruments, workflows, and laboratory operations.
Attendance is complimentary; however, registration is requested as seating is limited.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is designed for laboratory professionals responsible for building, governing, scaling, or continuously improving moderate- and high-complexity LC/GC-MS/MS analytical operations. It is particularly valuable for technical and scientific directors, laboratory managers, operational leaders, assay builders, and laboratory professionals responsible for automation, workflow design, analytical review, and quality oversight.
